Spiga - Hong Kong


Michelin-starred Italian chef Enrico Bartolini's first fine dining restaurant in Hong Kong is Spiga. Spiga took over the space on 31 Queen's Road Central that was formerly occupied by Mario Batali's Lupa. Spiga is a tribute to authentic Italian cuisine with head chef Giuseppe Carlucci helming the ambitious kitchen. Spacious and open, Spiga takes up 650 square metres (abt 7,000 sq.ft) and offers 128 seats.
